Orders placed and confirmed Monday to Saturday will be shipped within 1 business day.

No shipping will be processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Riz Safety Store Africa will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural disasters).

2. Return Policy

Goods may be returned within 24 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or defective goods must be reported immediately upon receipt to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or are missing original packaging.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled prior to shipping. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
